Data retention
This page brings together the retention periods set in the privacy policy. It is a summary and promises no more than the privacy policy. If they differ, the privacy policy applies.
- Trade-related data and invoices
- 5 years after the end of the financial year.
- Information for the DAC7 report to the Danish Tax Agency, for sellers including the account number and, for a sole proprietorship, the owner's name, CPR number and date of birth
- For as long as the rules require.
- Sign-ups to the interest list without a completed trade
- 2 years after the last substantive contact.
- The security log (who did what and when)
- The shortened IP address and the session hash are deleted after 90 days, the event itself after 2 years.
- The content of our calls to the payment provider
- Deleted after 13 months.
- Inquiries through the contact form, listing reports and our answers
- Deleted automatically from the support inbox 2 years after their last change.
- Emails in our sending queue (recipient, subject and content)
- Deleted automatically from the queue 30 days after they were sent or, if they could not be sent, 90 days after the last attempt.
- Account and personal data when you ask for deletion
- Deleted within 30 days, except what the Danish Bookkeeping Act requires us to keep.
- Push registrations in the app
- A new registration replaces the previous one. The app attempts to unregister the device when you sign out. We also attempt to remove the registration when Apple reports the token as invalid, and immediately attempt to remove it when you request account deletion. There is no separate automatic deletion period for inactive registrations.
- Aggregated figures and model catalogues without information about persons
- May be kept longer.
Good to know
- Data needed to meet a continuing bookkeeping or legal obligation is not deleted until the obligation expires.
- The contact person's date of birth, entered when the payment account is set up, is sent directly to PayProff, and we do not store it ourselves. PayProff, which sets up the payment account, checks identity and carries out the payment, is a controller in its own right and has its own privacy policy.
- How long cookies and Google Analytics statistics are kept is set out in the cookie policy.
